Returns
We will gladly accept returns for purchases made at Dakini.com for any reason, on any unused merchandise, within 30 days of purchase. All return requests must reference a valid dakini.com invoice or packing slip. To begin a return please click here.
Please, please, please put something in the package that tells us who is making the return. DO NOT SHIP without putting at least a piece of paper identifying you and giving us an email or phone number to contact you if necessary. It is next to impossible to process orders without simple identification. The shipping label doesn't count. We need a piece of paper or the original packing slip to be included in the return. Our fulfillment center works with many other brands. It is impossible for them to identify you by your shipping label. We can not guarantee returns that do not include indentification included with shipment.
We are not very strict about our return policy. We joke that we are like "bad parents": we never follow through on our threats. We want you happy in your Dakini. Our goal is to deliver comfort and happiness. If you need to exchange an item after 30 days we will honor it. If you want to return after 30 days, we will issue a site credit to use in the future.
OUTLET SALES: Outlet sales are Final Sales- they are not eligible for a return. We will honor an exchange or an online credit should you not be happy with your outlet purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dakini.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@dakini.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be emailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
